Receive care in physical and oral health, nutritional care, food, linking to recreational and leisure activities, accompaniment in pedagogy, psychology and social work.
Progress:
Sara Improved utritionally, has made adequate weight for her age and height.
She has good academic performance.
The girl is actively involved in the training and recreational activities.
Sara and her mother give continuity to the therapeutic process, observed advances in emotional process; she is also strengthening her skills through modeling, through social networks associated with the community.
She has a weight of 28.3 kg and 133.5 cm in size, while maintaining an adequate nutritional status for all anthropometric parameters, has normal physical signs and good food consumption.
Sara maintains an adequate state of physical and oral health.
Care Plan:
Continue to meet her basic needs and providing the accompaniment of professionals.
Reinforce skills in coping and assimilating acquired in the therapeutic process.
Providing preventive tools around self-care through individual and group intervention.
Reinforce the learning acquired through the process of acquiring new skills and abilities.
