The DayOne Waterbag has the ability to alleviate one of the most serious problems facing disaster zones – clean water. The Waterbag, a simple, lightweight, easy-to-use solution, could be pre-positioned for vulnerable communities, preventing diseases such as cholera that could easily ravage an already vulnerable community.
International Medical Corps thanks you for your support to provide clean water in emergencies. Both International Medical Corps and DayOne Response continue to move forward with the Waterbag pilot project, expected to be completed in late 2014. With partners such as the Clinton Global Initiative and Procter & Gamble, International Medical Corps and DayOne Response look forward to the progression of our partnership. Please keep track of our water and sanitation efforts throughout the world here.
