Empowering Young Women With SKILL !!

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.

In the male dominated society, women are backward and undeveloped for which the major reason is they still possess depending nature and even today they depend on other for everything. In order to provide a sustainable livelihood to poor and deprived women, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, started a self-employment training program.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is providing designer bag making vocational education training to poor and deprived women and school drop-out girsl at distant villages in Pisangan. In the training, 30 poor women and girls are taking regular classes for 5 hours everyday where they learn to make leather bag, regzine bag, jute bag, canvas bag, parachute bags, and other designer and fancy bags. The training is being provided practically and theoritically both ways through which the trainees learn easily. The master trainer teach the trainees the art of making bags efficiently and to access their capabily, practical exams are held at times.

In order to get the women & girls trainees knowledge of marketing, an exhibition-cum-sale was orgranized where a sale of the products made by the trainees was held. All the trainees were excited for the training and they also got encouragement when the visitors appreciated the work of the trainees and bought almost all the articles. The exhibition helped them to learn the way of marketing and dealin with customers. For the complete capacity building of the trainees, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan also organized Life Skill training, E.D.P. training and capacity building training. All the visitors in the exhibition appreciate the efforts made by the organization and conveyed wishes to Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation.
