One Hundred (100) marginalized girls of deprived community will be self-employed and self-dependent through 3 to 6 months of sewing skills, Beautician professional education, Bag making under this project. During the training, the girls will be trained to make Dresses, blouse, shirts, pants, Rexine bags; jute bag and cloth bag and beautician training by experts so that the girls will get sustainable livelihoods.
According to the report, 360 million of Indian youth is of 10 - 24 age-group, which is the most in the world. Unemployment is the main problem in India due to this excess youth population. Sometimes, youth adopt illegal ways due to unemployment.
Skill Development is the main solution of unemployment. Therefore, 100 poor girls will be given a new talent (skill/self-employment) through sewing skills, Beautician professional education, Bag making. The girls between 15-35 age group will be self-employed by making Dresses, blouse, shirts, pants, Rexene bags; jute bag and cloth bag and beautician training and will easily meet their basic requirements. These girls will improve their future through their skill development
