Right to education is same for all children whether it is urban or rural and irrelevant of his financial conditions. Education plays an important role in the development of children. Every child has a dream to get better education and get designated job and to become famous, but the poor has no employment which doesn't let their children to be educated. The poor children have interest to get education but their future becomes darkened due to poverty.
For the educational development of such poor children, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, initialised a project, "Education for every child". The primary objective of the project is to bring poor children to schools. Under the program, a school "Pathshala" is opened in village Saradhna in which 25 poor children are getting quality education. All 25 children attend the school regularly for 4 hours everyday. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has provided all the required study material free of cost with the financial support of Global Giving Foundation and the donors. To encourage these children and others also towards "Pathshala", academic and sports activities have also been organised along with regular study. One of the student had conversation with our activist.
Kamal, the topper of "Pathshala", belongs to a poor family. There are three members in his family including he and his parents. His father goes to city to labour and mother works at others fields then to they are not able to earn to meet their basic requirements even they can't afford her school fee. Hence, he was resticated from the school. Kamal was a brilliant child and the was topper from the beginning, so he took books from his local companions and study alone. One day, one of the residents informed his family about "Pathshala". His parents brought him there, and our activist instantly registered him and provide him school uniform, books, bag, shoes, etc. free of cost and asked him to come to "Pathshala" from the next day. From then, Kamal goes to school everyday. Kamal and his parents thank Global Giving and the donors. It is Rajasthan Samgrah Kalayan Sansthan and Global Giving who provide on opportunity to be educated and to build career to Kamal and such other 25 children, for which their families are grateful.
