We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Most of the poor children live nomad life in cities and wander here & there in search of meal. Due to poverty and scarcity, they have to beg to survive. They keep sitting at road side hoping someone would help them. They lost their families in childhood and have to wander in search of meal. Nutritious and delicious food is just a dream for them.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, has given such 35 street, slum children a treat of lunch in a good hotel to get them some moments of joy and happiness. All 35 children were so excited to have lunch in the good hotel. They have never seen a hotel and it was just like a dream for them. All of them enjoyed lunch in the hotel. The organisation get them several dishes to eat and at last get them ice-cream. Our activist had conversation with a girl, one of these children. In her words,
"My name is Anita and I am 13 years old. I have to live as an orphan as I have lost my mother and my father is a boozer. I beg to manage meal for two time, but sometimes I have to sleep at road side having a time meal. I greatly thank Global Giving Foundation, donors and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan to get me such delicious lunch. The dishes for which I thought in dreams only, I had those dishes to the full satisfaction. I was hungry for last two days and hence I was weak but now I feel so fresh and energized to have such delicious dishes. I thank Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan for all of this."
