When American mothers flee for safety with their children back to the USA, they have nothing. Living in shelter, with family members or struggling on their own in hiding, they barely survive. But because of donations like yours, twenty children received gifts. The project was funded only one week before Christmas so we opted to mail gift cards to their mothers to buy the toys themselves.
The children you helped left everything behind when they fled. A new Teddy Bear, coloring books, dolls and legos to begin rebuilding a joyful childhood. You brought so much joy to abused children. We can't thank you enough for your generosity! The AODVC Team.
