We want to appreciate you so much for your generous donation to support us in providing long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs), to some of the households in Anambra State, in order to protect them especially their children under 5 years of age from malaria infection.
With your support, we were able to provide these nets to four nursing mothers who came for immunization at Ndimgbu Community Health Center in Otolo Nnewi, Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State. These women were very happy to have received this gift, as this is part of what the government is supposed to make available for them as they come for their child's immunization, but the government is not doing so.
We planned to support more families but because of the amount of donations we received for this project, we were only able to provide the nets for four families.
