If anything it has gotton worse. More restrictions. More police. Can only leave your home once every 3 weeks depending on your id number. Poor people have no work whatsoever and no way to buy food for their families.
To Date IRC has handed out 5,600 bags of food that will feed a family of 4 for a week. We will continue to do so as long as possible. We try for find off the map places where not one is paying attention. Unfortunately we all have a ways to go before life returns to normal. If ever.
Thank you for helping people you do not even know that are facing dire situations. Be thankful you live in a coountry where we can survive and get what we need. Even though I live there, I still do not know how it feels to be that desparate, not to even find enough food to feed your kids.
Continue to find ways to help. This was a 90 day project but we are still buying food through the other Projects here on GlobalGiving.
The main project is https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/healthcarehonduras/.
Thank you for all you do.
Gratefully,
