It is an amazing thing you have done. Your support of our work in Haiti is a true blessing.
While our project was not fully funded, the funding we did receive gives us a great start to help babies like Markendy. The toys and learning tools these children will now receive will help prevent failure to thrive. These children now have the chance to play while recovering from extreme malnutrition. Play helps to encourage brain growth and development, which in turn leads to increased hope and chances of long term survival and being productive members of society.
Thank you for the joy you bring to Markendy, and other babies just like her.
