Because of your generosity, Spritzer is home with Dorothy after escaping domestic violence in Bolivia. It was touch and go for a while. Dorothy's abuser hid her American passport and she had to get a new passport issued by the American Embassy. But because of the Government shutdown, it took quite a while.
They are now home and safe living with Dorothy's parents. They have a big yard and Spritzer loves to chase the squirrels. Here is part of a note from Dorothy.
"I wake up every morning so grateful to the people that helped me get Spritzer away from the violence. Tell them how happy we are to be home, safe and sound."
Thank you also from the Pathways' staff for your generosity.
