Summary

Lily is Liz's precious kitty. Liz managed to escape her abusive boyfriend in Greece and is in hiding with Lily in a safehouse. We are coordinating her danger to safety relocation back to the USA. We need the money to purchase a cage for Lily and get a health certificate from a veterinarian.

Challenge

American victims of abuse in foreign countries have pets. Leaving these pets behind will mean the abuser will abuse, and in some cases, kill the pet. With this project Liz will be able to return home with Lily.

Solution

We will be able to get Lily back home with Liz by purchasing a travel crate and getting the necessary health certificates from a veterinarian in Greece.

Long-Term Impact

We will provide services to 150 American victims with pets in approximately 50 countries while they are fleeing violence. Our goal is to have all of them reach safety with their pets and live their lives without violence in their homes.
