Katie recently visited Real Hope for Haiti, and was able to hand deliver the plates, cups, and bowls you so generously provided! At the Rescue Center meals are served to between 40 and 80 children. The children were eating out of stainless bowls, which were showing their age and wear. There weren't enough cups for the children, so children shared.
Thanks to you, there are now plenty of cups so each child can have his or her own cup. The nannies were really excited by the sturdiness of the cups, plates, and bowls, as well as the bright colors! It's amazing how something as simple as brightly colored dishes can bring cheer.
