Kinza is back safely in the USA because of your generosity. We were able to work with Kinza on a safety plan. As part of that plan Kinza had to convince his father that he really was straight and not gay. His father tested him at first, but after a couple of months his father gave him his passport and they drove to Bahrain for the weekend. While Kinza's father was sleeping, Kinza snuck out of the hotel room and we were able to get Kinza on a plane and back to the US to his mother.
Kinza told us: "I will never go back to Saudi Arabia again. We have so much freedom here. I feel so lucky to be alive and to have a mother and friends that accept me for who I am. I don't know who helped me but please tell them thank you for me."
Thank you for supporting Kinza! The AODVC Team
