School year: 4th grade.
Julieth received health care, nutrition, food, in addition to the accompaniment from pedagogy, psychology, social work and recreation. She was given basic school equipment. Strengthening is performed in roles and family ties across the area of social work and psychology.
Progress:
Julieth continues with high academic achievement and receiving congratulations on coexistence , she shows have greater ability for the areas of art and ethics and values, she shows have proper study habits and routines .
The girl now has a weight of 28.6 kg and a size of 123.5 cm with a body mass index of 18.7 , overweight diagnosed with suitable height for age , she has normal signs and good food consumption.
She presents adequate state of physical and dental health. Improved nutritional status.
Care Plan:
Continue to encourage autonomy in Julieth , through self-discovery and developing abilities and skills.
Julieth encourage to continue with good academic performance and complete her school year with high performance.
Motivating Julieth to continue her active participation in the social network.
Continue to provide the mother, elements of practices parenting especially the conflicts of the adolescent stage .
Strengthen sports through activities , achieving discipline, autonomy and respect.
