Hello All!
Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you for all your support to this project. Your donations have truly made a huge difference and have allowed us to bounce back from the shock and trouble that the collapse of our solar power system caused. Without YOU this would have been devastating!
Over the last few months we have been able to purchase a total of ten lead crystal batteries from Deltec that add to the batteries which we had previously bought. The total cost for this purchase has been covered by your donations. Furthermore, being able to install this new system has meant that the camp is now fully back at the power campacity we had before. Moreover, we have also been able to repair and change the existing system to optimize it's performance. We are always striving to improve by reducing our carbon footprint and being able to rely more on solar power and use the generator only for punctual functions is a huge step in that direction!
Again, thank you immensely for your generosity and your help in helping DAKTARI overcome and strive forwards! Your support does not go unnoticed!!
