Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project aiming to build a modest training center for small-scale farmers here. This project is important because farmers here who are poor also practice traditional farming practices making their income very low and their situation mired in poverty and helplessness. A training center would be conducive for them to be informed of new farming practices and for them to learn new technologies in farming. A small farm here when well-managed and employing sustainable farming techniques will earn so much and this is a big opportunity for them. This training center project has not gained traction but we are trying to raise funds from other donors or from the local community. We plan to implement this in a small remote village in Misamis Oriental.
Hoping that we will be successful in this endeavour. We already secured the donation and use of a small lot for the construction of the training center and all we need are materials and labor so we can make this project a reality.
Again thank you very much for your donation.
Very sincerely yours,
Elmer
