Dear Friends and Supporters,
Greetings and may I thank you for your donation to our project to provide safe sanitation for earthquake survivors in Nepal. This period we continue to team-up with the organization Filipino - Community in Nepal headed by a Filipina dentist Sharon Gayosa and we deliver hygiene kits is support with their medical and dental free clinic at the Smriti Pragyanda Clinic in Kathmandu. The Filipino - Community Nepal is active in assisting Nepal communities even before the earthquake and they have very close relations with the Filipino consulate in Nepal. Last time they organized a fun run with our support and the proceeds they use to fund one of their free clinics. Our hygiene kits comprise basic needs such as sanitary pads for women, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. This time we were able to distribute 175 kits to 175 individuals who avail of services in the free clinic. Our next move is to link-up with larger organizations in order to construct latrines in depressed areas as we found out that the pilot latrines we constructed months ago were fully used and the beneficiaries like them a lot.
Hoping for your continuing support to our project.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
