The project has been successful in achieving its objective of providing access to education for children living far away from school. The provision of bicycles has enabled children to travel to school easily and on time. It has also reduced the dropout rate of students who were previously unable to attend school regularly due to transportation problems.
Sami-ur-Rehman and Sana-Ullah are two students who have been spotted riding the bicycles provided by the project. They were previously unable to attend school regularly due to the distance they had to cover on foot. However, with the provision of bicycles, they have resumed their studies and are now able to attend school regularly. This is a clear indication that the project has had a positive impact on the education of these two students.
Although the "Bicycle for School" project has been successful in providing access to education for children living far away from school, there is still work to be done. With only 55 days left in the project, it is crucial to generate funds to arrange vans for female students who face additional transportation barriers due to cultural norms and safety concerns. Providing safe and reliable transportation for these students is essential to ensure that they can also access education opportunities and benefit from this project.
