By Darlington Ezeagu | Project Leader
Thank you so much for all your support towards the successful execution of this project, you made this project possible.
It is well known that many blind people in Nigeria are not working and depend on the money they make daily through begging on the roadside, motor parks, markets etc, in order to sustain themselves.
We're happy that you're one of those who donated to support these people and their prayers are with you.
On sunday being April 16th, we met 4 blind beggars at Round About Nnewi in Anambra State and supported them financially with your donations. Round About is a very busy hub in Nnewi, with motor parks and businesses. We've already supported one of the four personally when we met him alone, before meeting him again alongside others where they gathered.
They were very happy for the support which spurred one of them (a boy of about 30 years) to pray and ask for God's blessings upon you. We later got to know that the mother and younger brother of this boy, are also blind and we're looking forward to creating a new project specifically to support the three of them.
This microproject has been retired and won't be able to continue receiving donations and as such, we've created a new project to continue supporting all the blind beggars in Nnewi, Anambra State. The link to this new project is attached at the Link section of this report.
Thanks again and may you be blessed immensely beyond your imaginations. Kindly continue to stay engaged with us.
Warm regards.
