This project will change the life of Arun who lost his mother when he was very young. Your support will help him complete his Degree in 2021-22. He is looking forward to a good job through campus placements.
Arun lost his mother at a young age. His father was physically handicapped and was not able to provide any support. He got depressed with his situation and left home three years ago. Arun has been with Sphoorti since 2007. Arun's family situation cannot support his Higher Studies. He completed his first two years with support from friends like you.
This project solves the problem by providing Arun comprehensive care, shoes, school bags, uniforms, lunch box, travel costs, health care and required material to study well. The total cost is Rs 38,000 + Rs 40000 (tuition fee and living expenses). Another Rs 7500 is required for his books, travel and placement training. Arun wishes to prepare for Masters in Computer Applications after completing his Bachelors Program. He will be the first Graduate from his community.
Each day, we keep getting requests for admission of children who lost their parents in tragic situations. This project provides long-term support 200 children allowing them to break out of illiteracy and poverty. It project brings improvement of children's health, awareness of their rights and makes them more employable in the long run.
