BACKGROUND
Blessed Echoes Children Alliance is a non profit organization supports orphans and disadvantaged children by ensuring that they access quality education. Among the biggest challenge in the rural areas is lack of well constructed structures that can create a conducive learning environment for the children . Most schools operate in temporary structures made of wood and mud.
PERMANENT STRUCTURE
In its efforts to make sure that learners access education in good learning environment, Blessed Echoes Children Alliance through its partners, was able to construct using local materials like bricks but the building couldn't get completed due little funds and this left the floor, windows, doors and all the building not plastered. This continued to be a big stumbling block to a better learning environment.
GLOBALGIVING INTERNATIONAL
Through our partnership with GlobalGiving International, we participated in last December fundraising campaign to complete the construction of the building and $ 195.22 was raised and we utilized the funds to purchase two trucks of plaster sand, paid for the water used at the site and paid for the plastic plates and the food for workers. This was a great breakthrough and a good starting point.
APPRECIATION
We would like to thank so much to those who donated towards the completion of the building though still it's not yet complete. We are appealing to the people of God to generously donate in the upcoming Little by Little Campaign scheduled for March 25th to 28th 2025. Thank you so much and God's blessings to you all.
Warm regards,
Henry
