By Alexandros Iliopoulos | Junax Volunteer
On our 21st anniversary we shared the sentipensares (thoughts and sentiments) of national and foreign volunteers that have passed from Casa Junax during these first two decades of life, by means of our radio program.
Also, through the same program, we shared all the activities we have been working on so far, at the indigenous communities and through social organizations up until the arrival of Covid-19 and the current situation which affects Junax Center of Volunteers because of the sanitary circumstances. Finally, we shed light on the ways through which we confront this situation from our own little trench.
Our team keeps working on finding ways to confront this pandemic, be it through communication with our community of volunteers, and also with NGOs and indigenous communities, or looking for ways to make the best of our declining volunteer workforce.
