We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been successfully working for empowerment and upliftment of poor and deprived women & girls. In order to make women and girls self-reliant, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, we provide skill development training to women which helps them to initialise self-employment.
In the series, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan has started beauty parlour skill development training in ajmer city to make poor and deprived women self-reliant. In the training, women trainees are regularly attend classes for five hours to learn beauty art. The trainees learn the skills theory as well as practical which makes it easy for them to learn. In the training, the trainees are learning, make-up, mehndi, wax, bridal make-up, hair cutting, eye-brow making, etc. The trainees are doing hard work to learn the skills.
In addition to this, trainings for Life Skill, E.D.P. and capacity building are also being provided to the trainees to improve their living standard. We are planning to organize a job fair at the completion of the training which will definitely get better jobs to the trainees. Moreover, we will associate the trainees with self-help groups through which they will have financial assistance as required. We will conduct a meeting of self-help group members every month as a follow-up activity through which we can have the information about their work and increase in earnings.
