Donate a Blanket & Save a Life this winter season.

There is severe coldness with death warning to people who don’t have proper housing and clothing arrangements . It mostly effects old age, women , children and sick people . Poorest of the poor don’t have proper shelter and clothing facilities and fulfil two square meal by labour work of several kinds, where they have to work till late evening without clothing . Further, poor old age persons are the neglected section in the community and family and they don’t get proper clothing and housing facilities and hence face challenge in the cold seasons. It has created severe problem before poor old age persons, children and women and causing death cases also in the Bihar State .The organization staffs visited Islampur blocks of Nalanda districts, Bihar (India) and where they identified most vulnerable persons , who are vulnerable and at risk due to severe coldness in this winter season and there are no one to care them in the severe coldness .The Organization staffs also conducted village meeting ,example : during field visit at village and community meeting they meet a poorest of the poor single and old age women who was at risk as she don’t have any fooding and clothing support . She was fulfilling his fooding by labour work house to house and her income is not so that she can manage winter clothing   , hardly able to manage the fooding to fulfil her needs . She is clearly not able to purchase warm clothes and also her health condition is deplorable . In such circumstances these were selected for blanket support and provided blanket to them. After getting blanket she use it properly and in emergency it seems god gift , in her word and able to sleep in the night without coldness . Gradually her health status is improved and able to do her work . They extended thanks to the Donor, Sugam jagriti and Global Giving Foundation for blanket support . They says it was impossible for him to purchase blanket and it might damage their health condition.

With the support of The Global Giving foundation, Donor and Sugam Jagriti have distributed Blankets among most needy widow, & senior citizens.
