Under the micro project, marginalized girls and young women would get golden opportunity to be trained with quality equipment's during vocational educational training. The girls and women will be more skilled by getting trained with quality equipment's as sewing machine, computer, beautician tool kit, etc.

RSKS India is running short of sewing machines, computers and other equipments & tools for vocational education training due to which 2 to 3 trainees have to share one sewing machine or computer. In this situation, proper utilization of time of marginalized girls and women is not possible.


The marginalized & indigent girls and young women will get vocational education training easily more than ever with the use of quality equipment's as sewing machine, computer, beautician tool kit etc. They will learn advanced skills.

Long-Term Impact

Marginalized girls and women will progress economically by getting the benefit of skill development training. They may establish their self-employment after being trained. They will get boost their confidence along with economic development and poverty will be eradicated.
