Dear Friends and Supporters,
On behalf of the BASS Elderly meal centres, India, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support. We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully reached the funding goal of $1,081 for our micro-project serving 30 elderly people in Guntur.
Our Mission in Guntur We are proud to share that BASS is currently operating three different daily meal centres across the region. Our mission is to ensure that no senior citizen in our reach suffers from hunger or isolation. Your partnership is the backbone of this essential service.
Success and Impact of Recent Funding
The $1,081 raised through the recent micro-project has been fully utilized over the past three months to provide daily nutrition and care at one of our dedicated centres. Because of your kindness:
Daily Nutrition: 30 elderly people received a hot, nutritious lunch and evening meal boxes on every day.
Heatwave Protection: To combat the current extreme temperatures in Guntur, we provided extra buttermilk and curd to keep our elders hydrated and healthy.
Safety Measures: We adjusted our schedule to allow beneficiaries to arrive early and return home before the peak afternoon heat, protecting them from heatstroke.
A New Request for Continued Support While we celebrate this achievement, the need for consistent funding remains urgent. To maintain the operations of our centres and ensure no elderly person is turned away, we invite you to extend your support to our newly launched micro-project.
This new project is vital for sustaining the daily food supply for those who depend on us. Our current goal is to expand our reach to serve even more individuals who are in desperate need.

The elderly mothers and fathers in Guntur face immense challenges, especially during this harsh summer, but your compassion provides them with life-saving relief and peace of mind. Thank you for standing with us in this mission.
With sincere gratitude
