Give Gusline a year of nutritious food!

A microproject by International Disaster Volunteers (IDV)
Give Gusline a year of nutritious food!

This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Gusline. Gusline was just three when she was found wandering the streets alone after the earthquake. Her parents are presumed dead and the orphanage is now legally responsible for her. Gusline was very traumatised by the circumstances surrounding her arrival at the orphanage, and for a long time she was quiet and ill. But now, she plays with the other kids and loves school. Nutritious food is key to keeping her strong, healthy, and thriving

As an orphan, Gusline is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for her basic needs. This means that, without your help, Gusline may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving her more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.

By donating today, you'll help us provide the food Gusline needs to stay healthy.

Long-Term Impact

A healthy, balanced diet prevents illness and promotes healthy growth. By providing the nutritious food Gusline needs, you're preventing illness and helping her grow up strong!
