We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Meera is a talented woman who has an extraordinary talent of sewing. She knows to sew very well and we can say that she is meticulous at sewing. She's got a dream to be a fashion designer but her family didn't have much fund to buy a sewing machine.
Meera came to know about Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan a day, she visits to the organisation's office and introduce herself. Listening her problems, the volunteer of Rajsthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan finds her house and does survey and investigation. He faces her poverty and problems. He got emotional after knowing her condition.
In the first week of April 2019, when Meera got the good news from Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan that she is going to get a sewing machine, she got so happy. She hardly believed that Global Giving at the distance of seven seas had supported her to get a sewing machine and the joy and happiness she felt was just because of Global Giving. Now, Meera has started sewing Indian costumes at her home and gets Rs.150 to Rs. 250 per day by sewing blouse, peticoat, salwar suit, payjama, baba suit and other garments. Now she is also getting recovered from T.B. and there is happiness and joy everywhere in her family.
We hope that Meera will become a successful fashion designer in the future.
