We are very pleased to announced that we have fully funded this project to provide on-going education for Jimmy and Roxy. They have been attending our programs for almost two years and their participation and attendance is part of what qualifies them for sponsorship.
The photo is of Mick Quinn and Debora Prieto, co-founders of the Integral Heart Foundation, announcing the news of the scholarships for Jimmy and his first cousin Roxy. We are able to provide almost $100 per month between them so that Jimmy may continue his studies to graduate as an electrician and Roxy as a teacher.
We expect that they will also stay in our Critical-Thinking / Philosophy program and we also hope to be able to provide them with additional support to continue their education.
When we gave them the news, they were both really happy. Roxy said; "Thank you so much and to your donors, we always had faith that the sponsorships would come. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart".
Jimmy, who also harbors a deep desire to study religion said; "This is a great honor and a great Blessing, for you (IHF and donors) and for myself, I am very happy now, thank you."
Again, a great project closed and thank you for your help.
