Support kitchen- To Give a Meal to the Aged

Dear friends 

Many greetings and good wishes to you from BASS, India 

Thank you so much for  your donation to this project to give a healthy meal to the unfortunate elderly people at a remote slum in Guntur. 

BASS has started a kitchen to provide daily meals to 30 elderly neglected people from the slum from July 2020. We are continuously operating this kitchen to provide everyday meals to the elderly people who are identified at risk of starvation due to no one helping them in their families and neighbourhood. Vijaya cook cum care taker for this project is actively engaged in providing daily meals to 30 eldelry people in the slum.   

We have registered as a micro project  in globalgiving  and  which is retired unsuccessfully.  Unfortunately we are not able to get enough donations for this project.   

Therefore we have registered a new long term project in GlobalGiving to  provide timely care and daily nutritious meals to the needy elderly people in the slums of Guntur and Vijayawada. 

Moreover corona virus is expanding severely in every where in India and also to the remote slums. Again this year also the government closed  allworks and announced curfews and also will declare complete lockdowns from 10th May 2021. Again everyone become helpless and especially elderly people left out and not able to get daily meals. 

I humbly request you to kindly support our new project to give daily meal at this emergency covid pandemic days
