This project will facilitate Mountains of Hope send a delegate for AIDS conference in Amsterdam for capacity building on HIV/AIDS implementation July 2018. This conference aims at increasing the capacity of delegates to implement and advocate for effective, evidence informed HIV policies and interventions in their respective communities and countries,it is an opportunity for professional development.
Our team needs to build capacity of one staff on AIDS in order to address the most pressing Health challenges and forge away forward for tangible actions to move forward, Mountains of Hope has raised $1000 for one delegates' accommodation, we are raising $1776 to facilitate registration to the conference,VISA fees and a return air ticket for one delegate.
This workshop will provide a platform for our team to learn innovative skills which are critical for an effective response to the HIV epidemic. The delegate will develop and enhance his ability to assess and measure commitments and actions of communities
Participating in this workshops will enable our staff to broaden their knowledge and skills in mobilizing key affected populations and local communities to implement effective and sustainable programmes. Sharing the successes of HIV programmes in the workshop will emphasize the importance of building partnerships and strengthening networks between civil society, policy makers and health professionals.
