We are seeking for funding for the continuous renewal of our book collection to meet the community's needs. Our current numbers: 3 libraries. Guaira: 2,048 empowered readers, 18,814 loans, 5,542 books. Miguelopolis: 3,658 books, 530 loans/year. Ipua: 700 books, since Aug, 2023. These are community libraries, open to the entire community and in partnership with municipal schools. Now, the IORM invites you to be part of our dream. Underserved communities face a web of challenges, including limited access to education and books, perpetuating low literacy, digital disparities, lack of educational support, social isolation, economic disadvantages, limited cultural exposure, and restricted access to vital social services.
