Thank you for supporting our recent campaign: Empowering Women, Empowering the Earth.

Through this campaign we aimed to raise funds to support the critical role women play in ecosystem restoration initiatives across the globe, as they work to feed their families and whole communities amidst environmental degradation and the ever-present challenges of climate change, such as floods and drought.

The ERC movement is set up to support and catalyse the efforts of local communities everywhere to restore their ecosystems. We do so with the knowledge that women are key actors in this work, and we relentlessly advocate for their empowerment, inclusion, and their active and informed participation. Among many activities, we recently facilitated funding for two greenhouses at ERCs in Somalia and Brazil. These ERCs are run by pioneering and visionary women, and the greenhouses will directly and positively impact many more women living in those communities. By supporting our organisation, you are nurturing the environment where local, inclusive initiatives can grow and thrive.

We may have raised less than we'd hoped to through our latest campaign, but we will find ways to expand on this support, as our movement grows.
