Taibat's dream of becoming a Nurse is one step closer because of you!
H.O.P.E., Inc. participant and single mother, Taibat, was almost derailed on her journey to earning a Nursing degree. She had exhausted her financial aid and scholarships used toward earning her degree and had no means to meet her unpaid balance and continue her studies. At the start of the Spring 2022 semester, she had an unpaid tuition balance of nearly $10,000 and was told that she would not be able to register for classes until that debt was paid.
That's when YOU stepped in to help!
Because of your generous support, we raised enough money to cover her unpaid Spring balance, allowing her to complete the semester. Today, she is registered for her final courses and is on track to graduate this December!
Our mission is to eliminate obstacles that prevent single parents from persisting with their studies and earning a degree. Your support of this project eliminated a major obstacle in her education and will help Tai realize her dream of becoming a Nurse, very soon.
