Brief description about course:
This course teaches about special skills of beauty treatment. In this course students are taught about different products of beauty treatment, different company and its prices of products, how to check quality of beauty products, they are taught all the skill of beauty treatments, how to take care of customer, how to build customer relation, different beauty treatments for different part of body and life skills along with that more emphasize is given on personal grooming. After the training women are then placed.
Case Study:
Renuka Laxmilal Zaveri, 25 years old, 8th pass, lives in Vadodara with her 2 children, a son and a daughter. She got married and was living in Rajasthan with her husband and in-laws. In search of a better opportunity, her husband decided to migrate to Vadodara, Gujarat. Theirs was a happy family until tragedy struck. She lost her husband in an accident. It was very difficult for her to fend her family and two kids. Her in-laws neglected her needs. Because she did not possess high qualification, she was forced to work as domestic help, where she could earn an insufficient income of `1,000 per month. During this hardship, she came to know about SAATH“- Youth Employability Training from her neighbour. She enrolled herself for the beauty parlour course of the program and received extensive training. As a result, Renuka, provides beauty services from her home, thus earning, `3,000 per month. Summing up her experience at SAATH, she says, “I am very happy that I can secure a future for my children, contribute to my Family Thank you so much SAATH.”
