Dear Donor,
Thank you for standing by with the Cyclone Remal affected people of Bangladesh. In the aftermath of Cyclone Remal, your generosity became a ray of hope for hundreds of families who lost everything. Because of the timely support of kind individuals like you, Volunteer for Bangladesh was able to bring urgent relief to the communities most affected by this disaster.
With the funds raised through our initiatives, we organised rescue missions and distributed 350 relief bags containing essential dry food to families in desperate need:
-125 relief bags in Bhola, one of the hardest-hit areas.
-125 relief bags in Barguna, where families were struggling to survive.
-100 relief bags in Satkhira, offering a lifeline to those displaced.
Each relief bag contained vital food supplies like puffed rice, bread, rice, lentils, salt, and potatoes ensuring families could survive this period of uncertainty. Beyond food, your kindness also gave these families a renewed sense of hope—showing them that they are not alone in this struggle.
Your contribution not only helped meet immediate needs but also empowered us to respond quickly and effectively. Together, we were able to stand beside the most vulnerable.
We cannot thank you enough for believing in our mission and for choosing to stand with us in times of need. As we continue to work towards more impactful initiatives, we will always hold your generosity close to our hearts.
With Gratitude,
Volunteer for Bangladesh
