In the past year we have found an increased number of Elderly with no support system. We are now focusing on a the long term goal of caring for the Elderly and allowing them to live and die in dignity. This extended project will give these people that are alone some hope. This hope will encourage them to see that they are not alone in the aging process.
This problem will solve the Loneliness the elderly feel when there are no resources at their disposal. They are lacking food, clean water and are usually physically impaired and unable to care for themselves. It will also help them have dignity in life and in death.
By providing basic needs to the Elderly. Communication, Fellowship, food, medications, blankets, and housing when needed.
The project will provide medical care, dental care, nutrition, and vitamins to 4,000 under-served people of Honduras. This will provide their families with healthcare and make them more productive citizens and aid them in a productive life that is not possible while sick. This will improve the individuals' health and in turn improve the individuals' families lives, and in turn improve the community as a whole as the cycle repeats itself into a more educated one, from generation to generation.
