"Support 50 Innovative Educators for Mini-TD" aims to empower 50 passionate & forward-thinking teachers by providing them with modern & comprehensive mini teaching diploma. This initiative focuses on enhancing their pedagogical skills, integrating innovative teaching methodologies, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The program includes a series of workshops holds for 3 intensive weeks (75 hrs) & hands-on activities designed to equip educators with the latest tools and strategy.
This project aims to address a critical gap in the education sector: the lack of practical teaching knowledge among new educators and schools. Every year, hundreds of graduate students from various majors such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Math... enter the teaching profession without prior exposure to effective educational strategies. Compounding this issue is the rapid advancement of education and technology, which requires teachers to be proficient in diverse teaching methods.
By equipping teachers with new methodologies tailored to engage students with diverse learning needs, it addresses crucial educational challenges. Through emphasis on innovative teaching methods, continuous professional development, equitable access, technology integration, and support for teacher well-being, the project ensures educators have the skills, knowledge, and support necessary to facilitate active learning environments.
Enhanced Teaching Quality: Educators will implement innovative teaching strategies, leading to improved outcomes for student engagement, success and academic performance. Sustainable Professional Development: Creating a model for ongoing professional development that can be replicated and scaled to benefit more educators in the future. Community of Practice: Establishing a network of innovative educators who can share best practices and drive continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
