Completing these structural elements transforms the building from an open shelter into a safe, permanent residence. Providing safe, dignified housing for organizational leadership creates stability, protects ministry assets, and ensures long-term operational sustainability for Another Hope Children's Ministries.
For years, the Directors of AHCM lived under conditions where severe roof leaks damaged their home and disrupted daily life. Thanks to previous foundational support, the house was successfully roofed, resolving the water leaks and securing a clean water supply. However, the house remains incomplete and vulnerable to safety risks. Without permanent wooden door frames and sturdy steel burglary-proof grills on the windows and entryways, the home cannot be safely secured against break-ins/weather
This microproject will raise $12,439 to complete the next essential phase of construction: Custom Wooden Door Frames: Crafting and fitting durable timber frames for all interior and exterior doorways. Steel Burglary Proofing: Fabricating and installing reinforced steel security grills across all windows and outer doors to ensure maximum protection and peace of mind. Securing the Directors' home provides a safe, stable environment, allowing them to focus fully on directing programs.
1) More children and families will be served. 2) Improved quality of care of the children at the home 3) Ongoing organizational development
