It is getting quite cold already! This winter season, tackling the cold is going to be much tougher, especially for millions affected by the cyclone, flood and long-tailed pandemic across the country. Life in tribal areas of Gujarat is very difficult. In absence of bare minimum, the winter is going to be yet another disaster for them. In Gujarat, El Shaddai has launched winter warmth campaign to provide the necessities like winter clothes.
The community El Shaddai is helping children and widows belonging to Adhivasi and Dungeri tribe from remote villages like Gahamkuti and Gudri from Gujarat. It seems for this category of people like they are destined to live with the minimum dignity with very less Government support and can't meet the minimum requirements of daily life. The homeless and undeserved migrant labourers and people in these remote villages will have to bear the brunt of the harsh weather.
Poverty and disease is everywhere. To alleviate the standard of these children and women, El Shaddai has launched Winter warmth campaign for helping 300 children and100 widows. We are working together with your support to contribute winter clothes like shawls, sweater and jackets for those who have very little and make their wishes come true.
Shawls, sweater and jackets are amongst the most important needs for Adhivasi and Dungeri tribes that El Shaddai considers as a priority in this crisis. The winter clothes will help the children and women to keep themselves warm considering the ongoing cold season. 300 children and 100 women will benefit from this project
