Blessed Echoes Children Alliance has been receiving funds for the completion of the school building whose construction begun in 2021. After the first phase of the construction up to roofing, there were a number of outstanding areas that required to be completed, such as working on the floor, plastering both inside and outside, fixing of the doors and windows plus working on the verandah .
Despite that the building wasn't complete, there was great need for the children to be provided with a shelter because children by that time were having lessons under the tree shade which made it very difficult for classes to continue during the rain season. The classes could be immediately closed whenever there could be any rain threats children would be asked to run back home. It was decided that children be allowed to have lessons in the incomplete structure as we continue to appeal more funds to complete the building in phases depending on the funds as they come in.
In April 2025, we received $ 100 which was equivalent to Uganda shillings 262,000 and we used the funds to purchase one trip of plaster sand and again wait for the upcoming July 16th -17 Bonus campaign to raise more funds for the completion of the building.
APPEAL
We are appealing to all people of good hearts to donate funds for the completion of the school building.
