This project will allow NDG to buy tablets with which our high school students will develop new skills that will complement face-to-face education and that will be useful to them during future educational stages.
A lot of people in Guatemala are not able to get a well-payed job that allows them to have quality life, one of the reasons this happens is the lack of education and digital skills.
NDG provides education to children from very low income families, we work with a program called Skills for Success and one of the aims of this program is to give our students technological skills. With good equipment we will be able to strenghthen this program and give our students better opportunities to be successfull adults.
Once they graduate, our students will have skills that will be useful to them during future educational stages or during working life.
