We at UBECI wish to share our immense gratitude for your continued support to United to Benefit Ecuadorian Children, International (UBECI). Through your donations, we have been able to give dental care and dental education to children of Quito’s markets. Our goal has always been to ensure the ongoing education of the children of Quito’s markets as to the importance of good dental care and overall dental health.

In July we started a three month project with the dual goals of: 1) distributing to the children dental hygiene kits containing essential tools such as toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss; 2) providing workshops for 250 children on how to care for their teeth properly and instructing them on the proper use of their toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss. In addition, our local dentists also volunteered their time to provide the children with the necessary dental procedures that included cavity fillings, tooth extractions and cleanings.

With the money you have donated graciously, we have been able, with our volunteers, staff and local dentists, to meet these goals and provide vital dental procedures to children. We would like to thank you for helping us achieve our goal of providing dental health care and preventive education to all children in the Quito markets. Your continued support plays a crucial role in allowing us to maintain our current projects, and extend education, self-confidence and new opportunities for even more children.
