The goal of Dani's Kindness Education Program is to go into the community and educate others, especially children, regarding the prevention of animal cruelty and the importance of humane treatment of animals and people. The hope is that targeting children at a young age and educating them regarding the importance of humane treatment of animals will assist in decreasing animal abuse and cruelty in the long term as there is a proven link between animal abuse and violence towards people.
Dani's Kindness Education Program will focus on the importance of compassion, kindness and respect towards all living creatures.
We hope to provide a fun and interactive education program that can be tailored to different ages, groups and durations. We also hope to provide supplemental materials, including educational materials that will hopefully continue education and discussions long after we depart.

Every microproject is intended to use the donations it receives in accordance with its stated description; however, it is important to provide project leaders with the flexibility to maximize the potential benefit from the donations they receive. This means that your donation may be used as a part of the main project that supports this microproject, specifically Help Orphan Puppies - Special Needs Dogs in the US. In this event, the project leader is required to post an update to the microproject detailing the results and reasons behind this change.
If you or any other donor is unhappy with the way their funds have been used, he or she can reallocate their donation using the GlobalGiving guarantee.
