Among the met needs are monitoring physical and oral health, nutrition, education and psychosocial support.
Progress:
Cristian participated in the football team in the tournament "Friendship", he had a very good performance in games.
He received psychological, family, nutritional and educational support, motor skills is highlighted.
Cristian reached academic achievement, and is promoted to the third grade. He is characterized by being outgoing and has good relationships with his peers.
The child maintains an adequate state of nutrition for all anthropometric parameters has normal physical signs and has shown no food allergies or intolerances. He presents an adequate state of physical and oral health.
Care Plan:
Receive specialized valuation for difficulties in behavior and attention, process accompanied by the areas of health and psychology.
Perform familiar and nutritional monitoring to meet the requirements necessary for his life cycle.
Provide strategies for strengthening knowledge in the areas of mathematics and Spanish.
Motivate to continue his participation in social networks, strengthening his sports skills.
