Dear Leadership Initiatives Donors,
I am happy to announce that every Leadership Initiatives business has taken on one apprentice and each of our businesses has graduated one apprentice from their programs. So we currently have trained in the last 18 months alone 96 new skilled works, who now have the ability to gain full time employment.
Each business has continued to expand and train new individuals and to ensure their continued education Leadership Initiatives has worked with each business to give each apprentice a training schedule to ensure they are learning at a proper rate and never taken advantage of (slavery through apprenticeship is a common problem within Northern Nigeria).
What we would love for you to do as a donor is to connect to one newly employed man or woman with a skype call or email correspondence so you can see just what impact your donation is making within the world. You are changing lives!!!!
