Thanks to your contribution, Global Concerns Classroom (GCC) has been able to kick-start the development of an e-learning tool that will allow students to engage in a variety of global poverty issues in an interactive and collaborative platform.
GCC hired a graphic designer to develop initial designs to digitize our popular global issue guides, which introduce students to a variety of global issues ranging from water, hunger, education, health, climate change, child labor, and more. In an e-learning platform, the content from these guides will feature infographics, videos, polls, and discussion boards that will connect youth from across the U.S. to explore solutions together.
In the next stage, GCC will continue to work with partners to create the digital content for the ten global issue guides and its interactive elements. The content will then be developed as part of GCC's mobile-optimized website, which will allow schools to use the tool on a number of teaching and learning platforms such as a Smartboard, a tablet, or an app.
Thank you for making this possible!
