Summary

This community has limited funding and faces many challenges, socially and economically. This project focuses on empowering and supporting the local community of El Cocal to tackle social and economic challenges and help implement solutions, designed by them. Solutions include infrastructure, minority inclusion, alternative income generation, education, healthy habits and conservation.

Challenge

Identify the key actors of the community (men, women and adolescents) in order to train them in different themes related in community health, leadership, how activetly participate, community cohesion. planning, and personal and community growth.

Solution

This project would help in empower people of the community with the aim to develop skills that allow them make a differente in their lifes and community. Create workshops in which volunteers and the community could growth together in the sustainable and community goals.

Long-Term Impact

Woking closely with the local partners and ensure all work together in long term in order to empower people of the community with the aim to develop skills that allow them make a differente in their lifes and community.
