You don't know the excitement your donations created in the lives of the children, early in the morning on a Monday, I picked all the kids and put them in the vehicle for shopping, they were all excited to go to the capital city Kampala to do shopping for their new shoes, we entered Bata shoe shop, amodern shoe shopping center in town, each child was able to pick a shoe of their choice, both boys and girls did so, it was excitement all over, the whole shop was for us, no other person was allowed in for over an hour, children took their time, and at the end of it all, every body was able to pick a nice shoe that fits them.
Now, this is incredible, children will not need to buy shoes for a full year because these are tough shoes, the remaining dollars were also used to purchase socks and handcarchiefs for them.
